EO, SAPR, SVC offices relocating

To better serve Airmen, the Equal Opportunity, the Sexual Assault Prevention & Response office and the Special Victims Counsel will be moving and co-located in Building 460, 5713 E. Ave.  EO and SAPR offices will move the third week in January and the SVC will move later in January. Turnstile registration back online now

The registration station for pedestrian use of the West Gate pedestrian-only turnstile is back on line. The contractor responsible for system maintenance has repaired it and the 75th Security Forces Squadron is registering new users.  Registration is available from 8:30-11 a.m. Wednesdays at the West Gate Visitor Center.  The turnstile is operational and those already registered can continue to use it when the West Gate is open. Chief’s Group scholarship deadline

Twice yearly, the Team Hill Chief’s Group sponsors the Bi-Annual Education Scholarship, providing a $750 scholarship to any active-duty Air Force, active Air National Guard or active Air Force Reserve (enlisted member or their spouse), within the Hill AFB area, pursuing any degree.

Martin Luther King Luncheon Jan. 12

A luncheon will be held in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Jan. 12 at The Landing. The guest speaker will be Utah State Representative Sandra Hollins. Anti-trafficking Breakfast Jan. 21

A Combating Trafficking in Persons Breakfast will be held from 7:30-9 a.m. Jan. 21 at the Base Chapel. Team Hill is invited to learn about trafficking in the state of Utah and what can be done to help. The cost is free and a continental breakfast will be served. Hill AFB Ski Day scheduled for Feb. 12

Mark your calendar now. Hill AFB military, civilians and their families are invited to a ski day at Snowbasin ski resort on Feb. 12. Many base support functions will be closed and liberal leave is encouraged.

Discount tickets will be available at Hill’s Outdoor Recreation Tickets & Travel office. Equipment rentals will also be available.
