Ogden ALC Picnic & Car Show
Join the Ogden Air Logistics Complex from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 11 at Centennial Park for the 12 th Annual Picnic, Car Show, Awards and Commander’s Call. Ladies Golf Clinic
Enhance your golf skills July 11 from 5-6 p.m., no matter your experience level. This class includes instruction on full swing, pitching, chipping, putting, and more. Ditch the Dorm Workshop
Moving out of the dorm? This workshop will be held July 12 from 2-3:30 p.m and provides information about the moving process, current and future finances, things to consider, preparing and moving, and leases and applications. Boating Safety Class
This official training program meets Utah’s standards for boating safety education. A boat safety permit is required to rent and operate any motor vessel in Utah and can be received through Outdoor Recreation. This class takes place at the Log Cabin July 12 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is limited to the first 20 applicants. Call Outdoor Recreation at 801-777-9666 to register.
Single Airman Via Ferrata
On July 13 at 8 a.m., single airmen can take a cable-assisted tour with a knowledgeable guide. Experts or beginners in climbing will love this five-star experience and adrenaline rush. The fee is $20 and registration can be made through Outdoor Recreation at 801-777-9666.
Designer Bag Bingo

This event will take place at The Landing July 19 from 7-9 p.m. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased from July 12-18 for $20 by calling 801-777-3841. The cost the day of the event is $25, and all non-club members must pay an additional $5 fee. This price includes two cards per game for 10 games and light snacks. Daubers are $1.50. This event is open to everyone 18 and older, and drink specials are available at the bar.
Chief’s Group scholarship
Twice a year the Team Hill Chief’s Group sponsors the an education scholarship providing a $750 scholarship to any active duty Air Force, active Air National Guard or active Air Force Reserve enlisted member or their spouse, within the Hill Air Force Base area, pursuing any degree. Beginners Golf Clinic
Register for this give-day group instruction program to receive lessons in full swing, chipping and pitching, putting bunker play, and on-course golf experience. This course is designed for beginners and costs $169 for a total of 10 hours of instruction plus a set of new golf clubs (a $299 value). The complete course will be held July 16, 18, 23, 25, and 26. TMO hours of operation
Hours of operation for the base’s Travel Management Office (TMO) in building 430 are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for walk-in customer service. The hours were recently adjusted in order to better
accommodate customers with household goods, personal procured movements, and
retirement and separation paperwork during peak moving season that occurs in the
