West Gate closure
Inbound and outbound lanes at Hill’s West Gate will be closed from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, to accommodate maintenance on the gate’s vehicle barrier system. Inbound and outbound lanes at the Roy Gate will be opened during these maintenance hours. The South Gate will remain open 24/7. For more information, call 801-777-2454.
649th MUNS inventory
The 649th Munitions Squadron will be conducting 100 percent inventories of the Base (FV2027), Test (FV2171), and STAMP (FV2304) stockpiles March 1-29. All Base, Test, and STAMP customers requiring munitions support during this timeframe must deliver the applicable documentation to the Custody Accounts section no later than Feb 20. During the inventories, the only transactions supported will be emergency requests approved in writing by a group commander or equivalent. For more information, call Tech. Sgt. Healthy Heart Living
The 75th Medical Group is offering a Healthy Heart Living seminar from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 27 at the Warrior Fitness Center, building 533. The program open to enrolled beneficiaries only and is geared toward patients with hyperlipidemia or hypertension. Hill AFB finance in-processing
Personnel at Hill can in-process with finance at 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at building 430. Per DODFMR Vol. 9, a travel claim must be filed within five working day of the traveler’s return to or arrival at a permanent duty station, or immediately when the orders are canceled.
