The 30th Annual Hill AFB Military Retiree Appreciation Day occurred here Sept. 16.

Attendees received the latest information regarding military retiree benefits and activities from dozens of information booths.

Among others, participants included the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Social Security, the Veterans Administration as well as the 75th Medical Group and 75th Mission Support Group.

Flu and pneumonia vaccines were available.

Leroy Bussells, Assistant Director for Retiree and Veteran Affairs with the Association of the U.S Army, was the event’s guest speaker.
