Staff Sgt. Natacia Flick, 75th Air Base Wing Staff Judge Advocate Office, was nominated by the Hill AFB first sergeants for their quarterly Diamond Sharp Award. 

The award highlights the professionalism and can-do attitude of Airmen who emulate and truly appear “Diamond Sharp.”

Flick is currently the NCOIC of Military Justice. Her section has been very busy, with five docketed courts, including three in a row over three weeks, as well as 16 pending cases and several

Articles 15. 

Flick supervises four Airmen and reviews all of the military justice packages before they go to the attorneys. She also accompanies the chief of military justice to meet with Security Forces and Air Force Office of Special Investigations to gather reports for the biweekly justice meetings.  

Her dedication epitomizes the core values and serves as a positive role model to everyone around her and is truly Diamond Sharp.
