The 75th Medical Group is holding mass flu vaccination lines through Oct. 19 in the Main Clinic Ambulance Bay. The mass vaccination lines began Oct. 15 for all active-duty military. The last two scheduled lines are:
Oct. 18, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• All Hill AFB mission partners
Oct. 19, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Makeup day for all active-duty military that did not make it to their designated day due to leave, TDY, or another reason.
Members must complete the 2018-2019 Active Duty Influenza Screening Questionnaire and bring it with them to the flu vaccination line. Members can get a copy of the questionnaire from their respective organization. Units should try to stagger the times that members report for vaccinations to avoid congesting the line.
Flu vaccinations will not be available at the Immunizations Clinic through Oct. 19.
For more information, contact Senior Master Sgt. Davenport, 75th Medical Operations Squadron superintendent, at 891-586-8932 or vernon.j.davenport.mil@mail.mil.
(Editor’s note: The 75th Air Base Wing and 388th Fighter Wing flu vaccination lines were held on Oct. 15-16. Military members from those units that did not get their vaccination on one of those days should attend the Oct. 19 makeup day.)
