David Burress, a Hill AFB fabricator, finishes work Jan. 13 on a newly constructed and painted missile skirt he and his team installed on the Minuteman III ICBM static display located in front of building 1575 at Hill Air Force Base. The Junior Workforce Council at BAE Systems, a DOD contractor, in partnership with the Hill Aerospace Museum, plan to completely refurbish each stage of the static displays located around the building.
