Graduates will be included in a pool of individuals with mandatory preference for positions when they apply for a first-line supervisor job.
ESDP is a 12-month program that provides formal and experiential training. Formal training includes 64 hours of classroom training and the mandatory supervisory courses taught through Air University. Experiential elements include 24 hours of supervisor immersion, 16 hours of supervisor job shadowing, mission briefings and tours. Briefings may be scheduled as needed.
