HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah — Where should we live? What jobs are available? What activities are available for kids?
Any military family that has been through a permanent change of station, or PCS move has likely asked these questions.
Trying to find a place to live, enrolling kids in school, and establishing a sense of community is all part of a military relocation.
In an effort to make this process smoother for military families, Hill Air Force Base is hosting a “Spouse Newcomers Information Fair.”
This newly designed program is now available to assist spouses in building their local network and become familiar with the local services and helping agencies on the base and in the community.
A fair will be held from 6-8 p.m. Feb. 21 at The Landing.
Program Highlights:
• Information tables from various base and community organizations
• Child Care Available (prior registration required)
• Door Prizes
• Sampling of The Landing menu
• Meet and network with other spouses
For more information and to register for the fair, call the Airman and Family Readiness Center at 801-777-4681.
