OGDEN, Utah — The U.S. Air Force Academy Band performed a free show for the community Feb. 13 at Weber State University’s Austad Auditorium.
For more than 60 years the Academy Band has used the power of music to inspire Air Force personnel and the nation through innovative musical programs while communicating Air Force excellence around the globe.
The show in Ogden featured a variety of musical pieces ranging from traditional patriotic numbers to compositions from the recent movie Frozen.
The performance also included the world premiere of a musical piece, Rust Belt, written by Christopher Marshall, who was in attendance.
