The AFSA chapter raised funds during POW/MIA Week by selling ribbons, bracelets and T-shirts along with sponsoring a 5K run in Layton.

The base chapter chose the Vietnam Veterans of America as the recipient of all proceeds to help fund the Vietnam Memorial replica planned for Layton Commons Park.
