Airman Taylor Fillman, 388th Maintenance Group staff, was recognized by the Hill Air Force Base First Sergeants Council for her work as a Maintenance Scheduler in the documentation section of Plans, Scheduling and Documentation.
Fillman has been in the Air Force for nine months and made a tremendous impact in the development of the sections training program. Fillman is part of one of the busiest sections in the Maintenance Group, which includes management of Time Compliance Technical Orders, or TCTOs, time change items, weekly schedules and monthly schedules for all F-16 aircraft in the 388th Fighter Wing.
She is an active volunteer around Team Hill and the local community.
Fillman volunteered countless hours as a “white rope” while at technical school at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Since arriving at Hill AFB, she had volunteered six hours of her time to the Airman Against Drunk Driving program, and spent countless hours collecting 12,307 pounds of food donations for the Feds Feed Family food bank.
Fillman is also an integral member of the Dorm Council, a member of Hill’s First Four, and serves as a representative on the squadron booster club.
Her professionalism and caring attitude emulated the values of the “Diamond Sharp” award.
