HILL AIR FORCE BASE — Reservists in the 419th Force Support Squadron testing center have stepped in to administer tests to Hill’s active-duty members while the 75th Force Support Squadron testing center undergoes system maintenance.
Over the past three months, the 419th FSS has seen a 42 percent increase in testers since the 75th FSS testing center has been closed.
“We have over 60 years of experience among our staff members in the education and training office,” said Master Sgt. Cara Starzl-Long, test control officer in the 419th FSS. “We’re always ready to support our active-duty counterparts on base.”
The testing center provides career development course, professional military education, and other certification testing for active duty, Reserve, Guard, and civilian personnel.
Along with monthly drill weekends, the 419th testing center is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
