The Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Detachment 113, is hosting a briefing and recruiting event Oct. 1 at the Ogden Air Logistics Center Poe Conference Room. The detachment is seeking motivated personnel who would like to apply to become AFOSI special agents.
Enlisted Air Force members may apply for special agent duty once they have first served in another career field. Air Force members in the ranks of E-5 and E- 6 with fewer than 12 years of military service are eligible.
First-term Airmen must be within their retraining window. Grade restrictions may be waived in special or unusual circumstances. Current active-duty Air Force officers may retrain into AFOSI from most Air Force career fields. Officer applicants may have no more than six years federal commissioned service, have no more than 12 years of total federal military service and must be released by their Air Force Personnel Center assignment team.
All active duty applicants should bring two copies of their Records Review RIP (available online through the Virtual MPF Web site) to the recruitment.
