HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah — spectators young and old came out to the base June 8 to explore a variety of vehicles on display.
Hill personnel and their families were invited to the annual Wheels of Wonder event, which gave them the opportunity to sit in, climb on and generally admire an assortment of military and commercial cars, trucks, motorcycles and heavy equipment vehicles.
According to the 75th Force Support Squadron that hosted the event, this is a popular activity with Hill employees and their families.
“I think they showed a great variety of cool trucks,” said Kyle Jeppson, 416th Supply Chain Management Squadron. “My kids seem to be having a lot of fun. My oldest son loves big trucks, which is why we wanted to bring them.”
The event was free to participants. The 75th FSS offers numerous morale, recreation and welfare activities to base personnel and their families throughout the year
