A partially disassembled F-16 Fighting Falcon sits in the Hill Aerospace Museum’s Hadley Gallery, Nov. 21, 2017. The jet flew with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds from 1983-1992, after which it transferred to the 93rd Fighter Squadron at Homestead AFB, Florida, and then used by the 364th Training Squadron at Sheppard AFB, Texas, as a static trainer for maintenance Airmen. The F-16 is now part of the Hill Aerospace Museum collection and will be cleaned and reassembled for display. It can be seen from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Museum admission is FREE.
