Such an event provides an opportunity for Hill AFB to partner with a local consulting tribe in bringing a piece of their history and artifacts to them, which are generally inaccessible. In turn, tribal elders share tribal knowledge, which helps Hill AFB gain a better understanding of their concerns and resources.
