The Site is for a general audience and is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age without permission from their parent or legal guardian. HILLTOP TIMES does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. HILLTOP TIMES reserves the right to delete any comments that include hate speech, libel, plagiarism, threats, personal attacks or off-topic assertions, and inappropriate language in order to protect the integrity of the site and its users. We do not edit comments for content.
