Father and daughter ball Aug. 21

Club Hill encourages dads to treat their daughters to a memorable night at the Father and Daughter ball on August 21.

The ball will feature a pasta buffet from 5 to 7 p.m. and dancing at 7 p.m. The event is free for Club Hill members and $20 for non-members.

Saddle up for a trip

On August 27-28 Outdoor Recreation will be hosting a horseback riding trip. The trip will take riders through the mountains above Bear Lake.

Adam's Canyon hike Aug. 11

The Warrior Fitness Center invites nature and fitness enthusiasts alike to join them on August 11 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for a hike up Adam's Canyon to view a 40 foot waterfall.

The trail is 3.5 miles long round trip and is of moderate difficulty. For more information contact the Warrior Fitness Center at 801-777-2761.

Family Fitness is fun for all

This August treat your family to a Family Fitness Day event. The fitness days, hosted by the Warrior Fitness Center, will take place on August 5, 11, 18 and 25.

Fitness days will feature fun, family-friendly activities including a softball clinic, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing and more.

Activity punch cards are available at the Warrior Fitness Center and families with the most punches will be added to a drawing for a prize.
