Wheels of Wonder
This is final Month of the Military Child event at Hill AFB in April. Wheels of Wonder is a chance for children and their parents to get up close and inside many base vehicles. This FREE event also showcases base and local helping agencies and local sponsors. Wheels of Wonder will take place April 28 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. in the CDC and The Landing parking lots.

Easter egg hunt
The Annual Hill Aerospace Museum Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday, April 8, at 10 a.m. on the grounds of the Hill Aerospace Museum. Take Exit 338 off Interstate 15 in Roy, Utah, and enter the museum grounds through the gate. Admission to the museum is FREE! and guests are encouraged to arrive early for this event.

‘Plane Talk’ series
Retired Air Force Maj. Eugene D. Ruder will be the ‘Plane Talk’ speaker at the Hill Aerospace Museum, Saturday, Nov. 26, at 1 p.m. During his 23 years of military service, Ruder flew F-84s in combat during the Korean War. He accumulated more than 25,000 flight hours over nearly 70 years of flying and at age 87, he still flies his own airplanes from his private airport/farm in Illinois.
Food drive runs through Nov. 22
Airmen from 388th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron are collecting nonperishable items through Nov. 22. Items can be dropped off in the 4th, 34th, and 421st AMU breakrooms, and the 388th AMXS CSS.
